Haute Couture Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we accept eligible returns for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases or within 14 days of delivery for online orders.

For in-store purchases, a receipt or other proof of purchase is required. For online orders, please provide your order number or order-confirmation email.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lingerie and intimate apparel are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For online returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Haute Couture is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Eligible online purchases may also be returned in person at our Garden City boutique.
